Product characteristics: permanent antistatic PVC floors plastic particle interface will form a conductive network to make the tile permanently antistatic. Its surface design is similar to marble which has a good decoration effect. This kind of product is wearability-resistance, inflammable, and you may feel comfortable when walking on it.

Application scope: used in electronic computer rooms, clean rooms, remote exchange rooms, manufacturing industry of electronic devices, workshops of microelectronic industry, asepsis rooms, central controlling rooms, and workshops which require purification and electronic proof. It is now widely used in banks, post offices, railway, medicine, and microelectronic industries.

()requirements on base ground:

1Base ground can be terrazzo floor, ceramic floor, wooden floor, cement-mortar floor.

2Ground should be flat. The unflatness should be less than 2.

3The ground should be enough strong without dusting and hulling

4The ground should be dry. The newly cemented ground should be dried for 30 days.

construction procedure:

Cleaning ground paving earthing conductive net- leading-out earth lead- coating powerful glue- coating conductive glue- paving floor- welding floor gap- cleaning surface- check performance

floor maintaining:

1Do not scratch and pull with sharp and rough articles. Do not walk on it with spiked shoes to maintain the floor clean and flat

2Do not place chairs with black rubber mat to prevent floor from being polluted by black sulfide.

3If theres any pollution on floor, you can clean with washing powder. If the surface is sketched, you can use abrasive paper with water to polish it.

4If the floor surface is polluted in large area because of assembling machines, we can clean it with special cleaning machine.

5We have antistatic wax to maintain floor. Usually we will wax every 6 months, and can also wax every three months.

repair and maintenance :

1.Do not walk on floor with spiked shoe. Do not place chairs with black rubber mat to prevent floor from being polluted by black sulfide.

2.Do not scratch and pull with sharp and rough articles. To use plywood on the route of transporting devices and areas around installed machines to prevent floor from being scratched and polluted and maintain the floor clean and flat.

3.Do not pull the machines on the floor.

4.do not clean floor with corrosive solvent

5.To wear shoes or shoe-sleeves in working area to prevent any mill dust from entering.

6.do not use ink and mechanical oil which has strong permeability on floor. If the floor surface is polluted in large area because of assembling machines, we can clean it with special cleaning machine.

7.Wheels of trailers in working area should be nylon, instead of black rubber wheels which are easy to decolored.

8.If theres any pollution on floor, you can clean with washing powder. If the surface is sketched, you can use abrasive paper with water to polish it. Then to use antistatic wax to polish.

9. We have antistatic wax to maintain floor. If many people walk on it, wed can wax every three months. Then to use antistatic wax to polish and maintain.
